The program I use for my 3D shots is called Imandix, you can download it here:

The free version only lets you do DVD covers, but the full version will let you do CD covers too.

bummer...looks PC only :(

Guess I could do up a photoshop action to duplicate it.....or just take some of the ideas from it and add it to my current 3-d actions:)
